In this article you will learn how to create zones in MyGeotab
1. On the left hand side of the screen, click on Map
2. Search for the address that you want to create a zones around
3. Click on the satellite view in the bottom right of the screen to change the map view
4. Click the add zone icon, in the top right of the map screen
5. Click on the map to start creating your zone
6. Each click creates perimeter dots to establish your zones borders
7. When you are finished click on the first permitter dot to complete the zone
8. Go to zone details
9. Enter a name for the zone
10. Add the zone to a group, which will make it visible to only those in the group
11. Use the comment box for details about the location
12. Indicate whether the zone will be available on the map
13. Enter the zone type, this will group similar zones together
14. Choose whether you'd like to track stops within the zone
15. Set an end date to the zone, which will make it temporary
16. Click on the map view tab, which is next to the zone details
17. You can adjust the shape, zone color and transparency
18. Click save when finished
