Completing work orders in MyGeotab
In this article you will learn how to complete work orders in MyGeotab.
1. On the left hand side of the screen, click on Maintenance
2. Click on work order management
3. Click on the orders tab
4. You can use the filters to find related work
5. Click on the reference for the related work order
6. To complete a work order, the status field must be set to completed or cancelled
7. You can also click on complete on the top right of the screen
8. Assigned to, repair site, reason for repair, and repair class are optional
9. Once all associated jobs are finished, its time to review and complete the work order
10. Review all the jobs, costs and finalize any notes and attachments
11. Once satisfied with the work order, select the date completed
12. Change the status to completed
13. Select yes to confirm you are ready to mark this work order as completed
14. Click save
