How to create work requests in MyGeotab
In this article you will learn how to create work requests in MyGeotab.
1. On the left hand side of the screen click on maintenance
2. Click on work order management
3. Click on the blue + work request, on the top right hand side of the screen
4. Select the asset this new request applies to
5. Select the defect to address with the request. Work requests made manually allow you to use the same defect list set on the asset inspection page of MyGeotab
6. Select the severity of the defect
7. For defects with dynamic severity, set a due on date or service due value to assist with scheduling the work request
8. Add a description if needed
9. Click add
